When Inner Beauty founder Julie Rice and I met for coffee in Brooklyn, I was immediately struck by her warmth—and her deep knowledge of safe, clean beauty. When she received a life-altering diagnosis five days before her wedding, this beauty industry veteran pivoted away from conventional cosmetics and set her sights on creating beautiful products that are safe enough for even the most sensitive bodies.
