When I first spoke to Seattle-based Sarah Kahn, I was struck by her passion for her clients. Working with Sarah to hone in on the heart of her business, I first created a Brand Voice Guide for Sarah Kahn Hair to be utilized across all channels, then set to work on revamping her website copy to reflect Sarah’s vision.
